1713446 - Compact imap folder corrupt locally replicated attachments

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0

Steps to reproduce:

Compact the folders of my imap account.
Local replica are in maildir format.

Actual results:

All attachment (jpeg, pdf etc ...) are now corrupted.
Need to "fix/repair folder" in the folder property tab for all folders (local replica will be trucated and re-downloaded).
Bug present since a long time.

Expected results:

Local replicated attachment should not be corrupted by the operation.
