Details

1. in cust. toolbar dialog, add a new toolbar 2. drag an item to it 3. click ok 4. view|cust. toolbar again 5. remove the only item from the toolbar 6. click ok 7. view|cust. toolbar again toolbar is gone.
this is as designed. not a bug.
