The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi,
I think this behaviour is intended since if you'd move all of the tabs to a new window, the one you move it from would close. (just as the window is closed once you close the last tab)
I ain't even sure why you would want to do this anyway (?) There are quicker ways to open a new window.

As i said, it should at least disable the drag function for tabs when all tabs are selected. It should not show the small drag image of the tab.
Because, then the user thinks something is broken.
