User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826 I am trying to save an email message to disk using command 'SaveAs...' from mailnews client popup menu, which is shown with right-clicking mouse button. Email is saved in email format (*.eml) only even in case if in dialog HTML type has been selected. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select any email message from any folder's email message list; 2. Select and file type from standard windows file save dialog; 3. Write a new name or use previous file name in order to save a file; 4. Click save button. Actual Results: MailNews client writes an email message to disk in email (*.eml) format only. Expected Results: MailNews client should write an email message to disk in email (*.eml) format if email type selected in save dialog, in html format if selected html type, etc.
Pavel Skrylev: this bug appears to have been fixed in ver. 1.4 -- using 1.4b-0516, saving as HTML results in a properly formatted HTML file, saving as Text results in a reasonably formatted text file. This may be a dupe of some other bug, but I'm marking this WFM.
