Please let me know if I should go ahead and land/uplift to firefox immediately, or rather wait for the other reviews you have requested.

All reviews have arrived. I'd like to wait until tomorrow, and uplift together with bug 1643866.

This will be part of NSPR 4.32, and the uplifting will be tracked in bug 1715584
