Details
We can experiment with a shim-provided placeholder for Inq's site chat widgets, which users can click to load them in spite of tracking consequences. This would let users know a site chat feature is available, and without them having to reload the page to opt in.

It looks as though www.straighttalk.com also uses Inq chat widgets, as noticed at https://webcompat.com/issues/70841
