"Show All Bookmarks" is inconsistent with appmenu (Manage Bookmarks)

Steps to reproduce:
- Click Bookmarks menu
- Exit menu
- Click appmenu
- Click Bookmarks
What happens:
I see an item labeled "Show All Bookmarks" in the Bookmarks menu and "Manage Bookmarks" at the bottom of the menu in the appmenu.
Expected result:
A consistent label. "Manage Bookmarks" seems to be the later one and it makes sense to me to change the menubar entry to that.

Meridel agrees we should update this string to be "Manage Bookmarks". The string is here: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/85a74c965bd4bcab091b5767c13c44f84671d9ce/browser/locales/en-US/browser/menubar.ftl#222-223
