Previously: bug 1704776
Per:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Data_Publishing#Dataset_Publishing_Process_2
I'd like to refer to the attached document in a public bug for the purpose of communicating the level of feature use in order to decide UI entry point prominence going forward.
Is the level of aggregation 3 or higher?
No. The reported cohorts each exceed 5000 distinct submitters.
Are there any Data Collection Category 3 (web activity) or 4 (highly-sensitive) dimensions?
No.
Do any of the dimensions or metrics include sensitive data?
No, the region of submission isn't sensitive at this aggregation level.
Are there any data included that do not have a corresponding data review for collection? Please link to relevant data review(s).
No, the probes were reviewed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1648464#c8
chutten, is it OK to proceed?

I confirm that the questions are correctly answered and there are no confounding factors inherent to the publishing of the data. Publishing may proceed, and this bug should now be made public.
I do have an editorial note: "explaining the notable change" you don't have the right statistical setup there to claim causation. The statement is almost certainly correct (because, I mean, what else could it have been?) but without showing your work it would perhaps be better to instead highlight that the drop started in builds that had chardetng without claiming it caused it.
But hey, I don't know your audience so maybe it's all fine. You didn't ask me for editorial notes : )
