Steps to reproduce:

visited https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ looking for release notes.

Actual results:

There's something in the lower right corner, which doesn't scroll with the rest of the page, which triggers migraines.

Expected results:

Nothing should be triggering migraines.

Thank you for filing this, and thanks for making the bug a little more descriptive. We want our websites to be usable by as many people as possible, so as an extra measure I think we can choose not to display sticky content like this, should a website visitor set a preference for reduced motion [1].

This has been addressed in https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/commit/d58da0a0ad2f55d21708c95c9e887321a09ba683. We no longer display the element when a user has set their preference to reduce motion.
