Assuming you've a thread like that:
FIRST_MESSAGE
  SECOND_MESSAGE
     THIRD_MESSAGE
  FORTH_MESSAGE

If you now reply to the THIRD_MESSAGE, Your
reply will be inserted wrongly at the end
of the thread (after FOURTH_MESSAGE).

I'm 99% sure this is a duplicate since I
cannot believe nobody noticed it before.
It is not a new bug. Probably there since
the 0.8 or 0.9 area... weird.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Answer to a message in a thread which is not the last message
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
The answer gets inserted at the wrong place

Expected Results:  
Put it at the right place

If you close-reopen the thread,
the problem diseappear. It's a
minor problem because it's just
a visual problem, but I put it
major because a major feature
(answering an e-mail) is broken.
