Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://amplitude.com/ and follow the Register flow
2. Open the link sent on the registered email to finish the account creation process (this will be the form with the New-Password field)
3. Click on the New Password field

2.1 After the account is confirmed reached the Change Password form
3.1 Click on the New password field

Expected Result:
The autocomplete dropdown should display the Password Generation option for the password field

Actual Result:
Password Generation was not offered for the Password fields

Regression-Range:
Not a regression, this didn't work even before the heuristics update made in Bug 1692980.
