Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721 on WinXP Pro. Repro: 1) view above URL (from http://www.mach3.com/) 2) click "How to buy Gillette Products" on the page's popup menu Expected: opens new window with new info Actual: nothing happens Appears to be IE-specific coded; works fine in IE6.
