We've had a very specific request for accessing colorManagement APIs via WebExtensions.
In particular, querying/settings mode and nativeSRGB (possibly others).

This looks great, but I forgot we added one more thing in a separate bug:

Actually it is there. Probably worthwhile to just fold that change into this one (IT's one more thing colorManagement can set)
