Steps to reproduce:
Old Firefox; in the URL bar there are is the three dots "page actions" button.
New Firefox; in the URL bar there is only the bookmarks star button.
Actual results:
Since this is gone I can't add search engines to Firefox via it.
Expected results:
Hover cursor over the URL bar to get the three dot "page actions" button, to then add search engines or other things.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

All the built-in page actions were removed as part of the new Proton design in 89. The ability to add search engines is now located in the address bar panel. So for example in your screenshot, if you visit Ecosia and then click the address bar to open its panel, you should see the same Ecosia icon with a plus-mark badge at the bottom among your other search engines, and you can click it to add Ecosia to Firefox.
Since this is the intended behavior starting in 89, I'll close this bug.
