User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
ctrl+click on tab to open tab menu
move cursor
click anywhere (out of menu or an option like "reopen closed tab")
Actual results:
current tab moved to new window
Expected results:
If clicked out of the menu, nothing should have happened and if clicked a menu option, just that option should have been activated.
It looks like the "move tab" drag gets activated when the menu gets activated, but it shouldn't

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi Jan,
I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on Firefox Nightly 91.0a1 or Firefox 89.0
Could you check if it also after a Fx refresh? Here is a link that can help you with that:

Thank you!
