As a followup on comments on bug 1712178, I'm filing this bug to adjust the noodle positions on screen 2 of about:welcome to more closely match the design documents.

I have verified this enhancement and I can confirm that the noodle positions from the second screen of the "about:welcome" page respect the UI specifications from here.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (91.0a1 Build ID - 20210615214502) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20 x64.
