When the Print dialog is opened with the shortcut Cmd-P, the return and enter
keys do not select the default button.  If the dialog is opened with the menus,
return and enter work as expected.
The same goes for the Save as File dialog if Save as File is selected in the
Output Options section of the Print dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Cmd-P to open Print dialog
2. Press return or enter


Actual Results:  
System beeps

Expected Results:  
The default button should have been selected, resulting in printing
