Details
In Root Inclusion Cases the 'Add/Update Root Cases' button requires CAs to select at least one root store that they are applying to. When no root stores are selected for a root they get a non-over-rideable error.
However, there are situations in which a CA may have added an incorrect PEM or a root cert that they did not actually want to. In these situations the CA should be able to indicate that they want to delete the Root Case.

This is being handled as part of the redesign of the workflow for root inclusion cases via Bug #1717918.
