Hello,
I was unable to reproduce the issue you've reported in Fx 91.
If the issue still persists, please test it using a new profile, you can find the steps to do that below:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Please test if the issue occurs in safe mode. Here is a link that can help you do that:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
If you still reproduce this issue, can you please provide more steps tha thelp us reproduce on our end?
Thanks!

- Firefox Nightly 91.0a1 (2021-06-08) (64-bit)
New profile - In about:config set browser.sessionstore.interval 1800000
- Restart browser
- Open several tabs with text boxes, ex. pastebin.com
Type any text; scroll down
Close browser - Launch the browser and restore the session
Tabs restored
Text and scroll positions have not restored

Hello!
I can reproduce the issue on an old Nightly 91.0a1( 2021-06-08) but seems that it was fixed in the latest version. Can you please try to retest the issue in the latest version?
Thank you!
In the current version (95 release) this is no longer reproduced. Thank you.
