Steps to reproduce:
When width of pinned tabs exceeds width of window, on startup, no scroll is available until window is resized.
Actual results:
When width of pinned tabs exceeds width of window, on startup, no scroll is available until window is resized.
Expected results:
Scroll arrows should be present at startup when width of pinned tabs exceeds width of window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

jaegan438, Do you think that this bug is related to bug 1697113?
Possibly. the included pic on that one looks to have scroll arrows in the tab bar though. I'll see if I can post a screen shot next time I restart. (should be later today/tonight).
