Not sure if it's a bug, but we still have an illustration when a search within preferences doesn't result results.

What's the accessibility concern here? I'm trying to triage with these guidelines https://wiki.mozilla.org/Accessibility/Triage and not sure about this bug.

This has nothing to do with accessibility, images were removed from other pages for tone (see blocked bug 1693815).

I have no idea how the 64bit or access keywords got added there. Definitely an accident. Sorry about the noise.
