Steps to reproduce:
- run Nightly 91.0a1 (2021-06-06) (64-bit) with clean profile on macOS
- open reddit ( https://www.reddit.com/ ) from new tab page, Top Sites
- middle click on side gray area in the page
- move mouse cursor down
Actual result:
autoscroll icon is shown and autoscroll starts.
the autoscroll icon has white rectangle background
("bad" in the attachment)
Expected result:
the autoscroll icon has transparent background
("good" in the attachment)
