1715229 - bottom main menu bar missing after swipe keyboard out on search interface

on Firefox 34 (proton ui)

1. open a new tab to bring the keyboard up for the search.
2. swipe any place other than the search bar to close the keyboard
3. you will get the main screen which the bottom toolbar is missing

on 2. if we click the arrow at the top left corner, the keyboard slips off and we have normal access to the bottom menu bar.

I can only reproduce this during non-us keyboard showing. if my default keyboard is an English one then I can't swipe it off the screen.
