Details
Right now Marionette and other consumers use nsIRemoteAgent.debuggerAddress to determine the address of the CDP's main process target. Given that this is CDP specific it should be moved into the new CDP class and as best just named address (WebDriver BiDi will do it similarly).

We briefly discussed in the meeting and I mentioned that it won't be required for BiDi specific implementation, but could be fixed as a ride-along. As such we might not have to track it for M1 nor M2. Leaving whiteboard entry for now to bring it up for discussion next week again when everyone is around.
