Steps to reproduce:
I updated to Firefox Nightly 91.0a1 (20210608215751) from 91.0a1 (20210608091819).
Actual results:
When trying to refresh a page, the icon glitches and is shown multiple times alternately with 'x' icon.
Expected results:
The icon shouldn't glitch.

Thanks for reporting this issue, I can also reproduce this on the latest Nightly 91.0a1 91.0a1 (2021-06-09) on MacOS 10.15
However, this was already reported in Bug 1715609 that was filed as a regression caused by Bug 1713956.
This should be fixed in the upcoming Nightly update.
