1715554 - New `metrics.yaml` in `firefox_desktop`: `browser/base/content/metrics.yaml`

We have a new metrics.yaml in mozilla-central. You can find it at browser/base/content/metrics.yaml. We need this added to probe-scraper's repositories.yaml so its contained metrics can show up as columns in the ping tables.

Also note that we hope to uplift this metrics.yaml and its single probe to mozilla-beta to hit Firefox 90.

chutten merged PR #321: "bug 1715554 - Add desktop's browser/base/content/metrics.yaml" in edd24dd.

IIRC the next schema deploy should probably have the updated repositories yaml which means it should generate metrics from the new metrics.yaml. So... tomorrow? we'll start getting data into table columns properly.
