Steps to reproduce:
The tab highlight line on custom theme should be 2px wider.
Reasons:

Easier to see with 2px

Consistency: 2px is already used to highlight other elements (containers, UI elements focus, html inputs without style).
In fact, the AMO preview shows a 2px wide highlight (though I'm not sure if it's just miscommunication between the teams who designed the theme previews and the ones who did the actual Proton theme).
