The "File bookmark" dialog box is too small.
If I have five folders to file bookmarks in, I have to manually resize the
dialog box, *every time* I add a new bookmark.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From a web page, choose File> Bookmark
2. Notice that not all of your Bookmark folders are visible
3. Manually resize dialog for each filing.




Alternative: remember dialog window size.
