Expected results:
Remove "New Tab" from Tab context menu if the New Tab button is already available. Not only it's redundant to have it but also messes with the important muscle memory of right clicking and picking "Reload Tab(s)"
Alternatively, allow us to add/remove the "New Tab" button from the tabs bar, and if it IS added then disable that context menu option.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Another thing to consider is leaving the New Tab Button on the tab bar outside the scrollable area.
