Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1692598#c33 and followups you should have access to the underlying data. Some of the graphs on that dashboard are blank; I believe this is expected per top comment in the dashboard. I would contact :rburwei (the dashboard author) if you're expecting the graphs to look different.
