1715817 - Firefox-ci scopes for contributor :masterwayz (NDA signed/in ldap)?

We have a contributor, Michelle Goossens (ldap [e-mail]) , who are currently working on images and greening up tests in Azure.

Would it be possible to get them the necessary scopes to create and edit worker pool configurations in Firefox-ci?

This is probably best done through Phabricator patches against https://hg.mozilla.org/ci/ci-configuration/file/tip/worker-pools.yml ; would that work?

@Aki the issue is that these pools that we/I would make can sometimes be changed a couple of times a day. If I would have to make a Phab patch, wait for a reviewer and then only to find out that I need to change something (like the imageID) again an hour later, then something really simple will take forever. Right now we/they manually create pools in TC (with the downside that we need to re-make them every few hours) however it's a lot faster as these are still being developed.
