Remove "Plaintext Editor" from tasks menu

If the plaintext editor is not going to be part of the final product (it looks
that way), then move it from the Tasks menu to the Debug menu.
Why isn't it?  I thought this was a nice addition.
Ok, on the flip-side.   If it is going to be included then there is some work to
do to fix up the menus (ie. remove html style menus), and bring the toolbar
into parity with the html editor (ie. add seperators).

I would have thought that a better approach to including a plain-text editor
would be to have one editor on the task menu, but allow it to save as plain text
as one of the options on the File menu once you have typed in your document
(which the Composer already allows, dosen't it?).

Possibly.  If the editor is extended to do style sheet editing for example you
would probably still want it to be one menu item.

Perhaps a HTML/text mode is the best idea.
