Phoenix needs support for Personal Toolbar overflow. Omission of this from
Mozilla caused grief for some people. Also, when Personal Toolbar overflows, it
draws over browser's frame, which is plain ugly.
Blake's gonna work on this for 0.3 I think.

What about a horizontal arrowscroll?
The patch for this is already there in bug 103723, and I think it would be the
right thing to do when someone has more links that what fits on the personal
toolbar.
