This bug is for changing how we run our warm pageload tests. Currently, after the cold pageload measurement we navigate to about:blank, then return to the test page and this navigation is the warm pageload. Instead of about:blank, we should be navigating to a sub-page in the test page (i.e. clicking a link on the page, then going back).
