171685 - Cannot save Sent Mail folder in Mail/News Account Settings

On Mozilla 1.1 final, under Win2K, when you try and change the default folder to
copy Sent mails to it does not save the request.
The panel is Edit/Mail&News account settings/Copies & Folders
I try and set mail saving to Sent2002 on my Local Folders, which it accepts. 
But on closing the mail/news account settings panel and reopening, the selection
is not saved.

FYI (additional bug) That same panel has 3 check boxes
a. file in
b. no text cannot see (I think its meant to be cc to)
c. bcc to another address
As per b - the option is not shown

I have similar problem. 

Firstly, one day when I started my computer, all the settings of my email
account are gone. At that time I was using Netscape 7.02. I manually re-set all
my email account and everything looked fine. However, when I tried to specify
Sent Folder in each of my SMTP email account. Thing got mess up. Whatever
setting I chose, it just won't save my selection when I closed the setting
panel. I have tried to re-install to Netscape 7.0. and Mozilla 1.3. The same
problem persists. 

I also have the same problem that no text for second check box in the panel
where I choose sent folder settings.

I see same symptoms on Mozilla win32 1.5 stable (downloaded 11/24)
and on Mozilla 1.6.x ( 12/1/2003 ).

Running XP.  Had migrated from Netscape 4.79, kept the user profile.
IMAP server 4.15 patch 4

Bug 221386 is a bug of similar symptom.
One of causes, a sort of mismatch in prefs.js, is found and reported in Bug
221386 comment #1.
Is this mismatch applicable to all reporters of this bug?
