Works for me. I noticed it's using a Java app. Rich, maybe it's a problem with
your Java VM?

Link works, no crash.  Howver, I didn't have Java downloaded so Phoenix took me
through a series of Web pages to download it.  Once I did the page worked fine.
 I closed Phoenix and reopened the page and no had problems. 

Tried it with both:
