STR:
- Basically send a large attachment or attachments.
- Note the sending window just shows the sending animation bar but nothing showing progress / completion in percent.
It used to show the sending progress beginning at 0%...10%...20%...etc and now, nothing.

Perhaps this is a good opportunity to disable this archaic feature by default. Ref:
- Bug 469049 - Message sending progress and result should be shown on the Activity Manager window.
- Bug 971333 - mailnews.show_send_progress should default to false
Component: Untriaged → Message Compose Window

Pass back a nsIRequest instance to the caller of nsISmtpService.sendMailMessage, which can be used to cancel the sending process.
Depends on D118259.
