Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0

Steps to reproduce:

open online office 365 using my Dell Latitude laptop. This opens normal. Click Outlook Icon and Outlook never opens. Spinner keeps spinning forever. This behavior started immediately after downloading the new update.
Desktop Firefox seems unaffected.

Actual results:

Outlook never opens. Rebooting and running Dell Support Assist did not correct the behavior.

Expected results:

Outlook should have opened just like other icons on office.com

Laptop Using Windows 10. Desktop using Windows 7.

Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables add-ons, extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems.) See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile
