We still need to verify that it works (bug 1704748), but for that we need it in a stable release.
This further required a newer Glean version, which made it into Firefox 90.

We should extend the metric glean.time.invalid_timezone_offset to the end of the year.
However we would then need to also uplift it into beta, but one step at a time.

This is an internal metric and thus the code already uses a never-ending metric.
All prior versions will continue to collect this metric too, even beyond the initial date. Thus an uplift of the Glean update into beta is not necessary, saving us that hassle.
