We have stats metrics set up for various failures, but we don't have alerts yet.
This means that, so far, queue-blockages have been detected by:

  • Realizing that a Phabricator email hasn't been received in a while
  • Checking the phabricator-emails logs

We should set up alerts to ensure that issue-detection happens sooner.
