Note
- When the user loads a specific PDF file, he will notice that the drop-down

Preconditions
- Flip the "pdfjs.enableXfa" pref to true.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Load the attached PDF file.
- Click on the "Relationship" drop-down from the bottom of the document.
Expected result
- The drop-down would correctly be displayed.
Actual result
- The drop-down opens but does not show any items/options to select.
Regression range
- Not a regression, but an implementation flaw.

The dropdown is filled thanks an internal script.
But this pdf contains some default values when some fields are empty thanks to the picture element.

Considering the last comment, I'll assume this is a dynamic XFA element issue, not a generic one. Removing blocking bug 1706133.
