For Bug 1646215 we're extending site data clearing capabilites to allow clearing all data associated with a base domain instead of just clearing individual hosts.
Additionally to data associated with the top level domain, we will also clear partitioned storage. This includes data of third-parties embedded in the site and data of the site embedded in other sites.

Bug 1705028 adds nsIClearDataService#deleteDataFromBaseDomain. I propose that we extend the GeckoView APIs to expose this method.
