Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to any site with reCAPTCHA (EX: Zillow or Hulu)
  2. Check the box stating you are not a robot
  3. Watch as nothing loads up and user is not allowed to use the site anymore

Actual results:

You will see the following error or just remain on the reCAPTCHA with nothing happening:

Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service.
Please check your internet connection and reload to get a reCAPTCHA challenge.

As a user, I cannot use FF for certain websites anymore because I cannot get past this screen, so I have to switch to another Browser.

Expected results:

reCAPTCHA should allow the user to select the request options to prove they are not a robot.

Hi Jess,

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on Firefox 89.0.1 or Nightly 91.0a1

Could you check if this also occurs in troubleshoot mode? Here's how you can do that:

Thanks!

Hey Peter,

Yes that worked, and I figured it was an extension I had on my browser that was causing the problem. Thanks for your help!
