1718180 - Regression: The New Clear Recent History modal changes the size at the bottom

Nightly 91.0a1 (2021-06-24)
macOS 10.15.7

1.) Start Firefox
2.) Go to Clear Recent History
--> You will notice enough spacing between the selection fields and the buttons at the bottom
3.) Select " Clear all"
--> You will still notice enough spacing between the selection fields and the buttons at the bottom
4.) Click on the OK button
5.) Go again to Clear Recent History

Actual: The Dialog Window is shrinked to a smaller size, so that the spacing on top and bottom of the buttons is very small.

Expected: Nice and balanced spacings.

Another variant of my mentioned comment 10 in bug 1712750. Thanks for checking.

The large spacing issue is fixed with the recent changes in bug 1712750. There is only a spacing issue on top of the buttons. I opened issue 1720262 for that, Thanks for checking :)
