It happens that the version in Debian 10 is slightly more recent than our own. This revealed that our own packages are not prioritized, but should, even if they use an older version (we may have reasons for that, although in this case it's "only" because we haven't upgraded, but it's 4.8.2 vs 4.8.1, so it's okay, and we're using 4.8.1 everywhere else).

This ensures e.g. our Mercurial package is installed rather than
Debian's when it happens to be newer.
