Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a video in picture-in-picture
- In an other tab or even an other window, open a website that has a default custom cursor (ex. https://hogwartsmysterywt.weebly.com/)
- Hover your mouse over the picture-in-picture screen
Actual results:
The custom cursor of the website is visible over the video from an other tab / window
Expected results:
The default cursor should have been used on the picture-in-picture screen, or at least the cursor which is used on the video's page.
EDIT: It only happens when the transition between the page with the pip video is fast enough that the cursor doesn't change to the standard one in windows, but it happens even with a gap between the firefox window and the pip video.

The bug has a release status flag that shows some version of Firefox is affected, thus it will be considered confirmed.

Hi olivier,
Thanks for reporting! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this bug. I just tried reproducing this, and I'm not having any luck (on both Windows 10 and macOS). Are you still experiencing this?
