Steps to reproduce:

open Bookmark window, History window, or Download window

Actual results:

Dark mode theme does not propagate to those windows. They remain white in color

Expected results:

All those windows should apply dark mode theme.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I think this issue is related to the new proton changes and might be a duplicate of Bug 1705072, I will mark it as such but please revert it if its not the case.
