Azure has windows10 v2004 w/python 3.9.5
MDC1 has windows10 v1803 w/python 3.6.5
this will be a large upgrade for Mozilla. Typically these tests are pretty easy to green up- keep in mind artifact builds fail to run a few of the media tests, so ensure --no-artifact when pushing to try.
we are awaiting bug 1717054 to land which will allow the toolchain for media tests to run on python 3.9.5 (it was waiting on test-verify, now that is fixed- we expect this to land soon)
