Steps to reproduce:
i add an extension to open new tab of menu when clicked in one tab but the item 'new tab' is above then i want make an extension to move this menu item
Actual results:
extension only add and delete their own menu item and not get access to others menu item including native menu item.
Expected results:
extension should change menu item position including position of native menu item

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Menus' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

This feature request has previously been denied at bug 1325758.
As an advanced user, you can use the userChrome.css feature to move the menu item, here is an example:
