The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Menus' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
Hi there!
I tried to reproduce this on the latest release of firefox 89.0.2 using windows10 64bit, but i was not able to get that result.
I got my laptop that is 1080p as primary and it is set as 125% on windows 10 scale and layout settings.
Then a secondary monitor i have a 27inch connected via HDMI and it is set as 100% on windows 10 scale and layout settings.
Does this issue occur with a fresh profile? you can find the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Does this issue occur in the latest nightly version of firefox? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
maybe im missing another step to reproduce? any chance you can upload a video with all you do in order to reproduce?
thanks!

Hello! I noticed that the problem only happens when I set my 24 inch display(100% scale) to primary, sorry about the miscommunication. Here's a quick video showing the bug in 89.0.2 and nightly, both with fresh profile: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QGUJMzzGfBV9M-0ovDj-wlh8-93wr2eJ/view?usp=sharing

Any luck reproducing this by changing the primary display, per comment 3?
YES! after testing this for a long time, I AM ABLE TO REPRODUCE IT
- connected via hdmi a 27inch monitor to my laptop as extended
- went to windows10 settings display
- Laptop screen is box #1 , scale 125%
- 27inch is box #2 ,scale is 100%
- Click on #2 box, (it becomes blue)
- mark the box "make this my main display"
- NOW MOVE #2 BOX "ON TOP" OF #1 BOX , in win10 display settings and hit apply
- launched firefox ( i launched it from my 27inch monitor since the deskop icons are there.)
- check firefox hamburger menu, by moving the fx window to each screen
Actual result
On my laptop screen:
hamburger menu is CUT (check maximixed and window not fully maximized)
On 27inch monitor (moving firefox to the monitor screen:
hamburger menu appears ok (check maximixed and window not fully maximized)
Expected result
hamburger menu should appear correctly on laptop screen.
Replicated on and affects
Firefox beta 90.0b12
Firefox nightly 91.0a1
Firefox release 89.0.2

Hey Pablo, out of curiosity, are you able to reproduce on versions earlier than Firefox 89? I'm curious to know if this is a recent regression with the menu work that we did for v89, or if this is a deeper panel issue that we've had for some time.
Hi Mike!
I tried with firefox release 86.0.1 and also with firefox release 80 and the bug is still there.
Probably not many people have a monitor setup where #2 is on top of #1, in fact i did not even know that windows 10 could let you change vertically also, since the most common thing is one next to the other
regards
